"My wife and I were looking to relocate from New York City to Charlotte in a relatively quick timeframe. On the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Matthew. We spoke with Matthew on an introductory call, and we knew immediately he would be the Realtor®️ for us. We could tell he was really listening to what we were looking for and had our best interests at heart. He immediately began sending us listings and narrowing the list of prospective properties down to zoom in to those that best fit our needs and wants. We scheduled a trip to come down to Charlotte for a weekend to look at properties, and Matthew had arranged for us to see 10 properties in one Saturday, all of which were within our given budget and fit within the description we had provided. Once we chose one, Matthew was instrumental in helping us put together an offer and stuck with us through the inspection and diligence to ensure we paid the right price for the home. This whole time, we were in New York City, and Matthew made himself available to go to the house to FaceTime with us, meet with prospective contractors for renovations, and just generally went out of his way to let us know we had "boots on the ground" in Charlotte, even though we could not be here in person.
