A third-generation Charlottean, Matthew attended Charlotte Christian High School and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. After college, he immediately jumped into real estate working for two of the biggest national home builders in America, Centex, and Lennar. In 2010, he shifted gears to be able to more adequately serve the needs of all of his clients. With an active license in North and South Carolina, he has the means to identify and negotiate property sales no matter the location. Matthew specializes in uptown Center City, Dilworth, Myers Park, South Park, Wesley Heights, Huntersville, Ballantyne, Fort Mill as well as new construction.
He is intimately familiar with every nook and cranny of Charlotte as well as every outlying suburban area. Through being engaged with local charities and community events, he is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the various lifestyles Charlotte has to offer.
