A third-generation Charlottean, Matthew attended Charlotte Christian High School and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. After college, he immediately jumped into real estate working for two of the biggest national home builders in America, Centex, and Lennar. In 2010, he shifted gears to be able to more adequately serve the needs of all of his clients. With an active license in North and South Carolina, he has the means to identify and negotiate property sales no matter the location.
